Research Abstract

VEGF-Cは高度浸潤型細胞株で高発現が認められた.新鮮凍結組織におけるVEGF-Cの発現を臨床病理学的に解析したところ,リンパ節転移の有無と有意に相関した(p<0.01).recombinant VEGF-Cで刺激すると,細胞浸潤能,走化性は亢進した(p<0.05).以上のことから,VEGF-CはEMT関連遺伝子であり,OSCCの浸潤・転移に重要な役割をはたしている可能性が示唆された.
