本研究は教育基本法やスポーツ基本法が保障するところの、障害をもつ児童・生徒が健常児と等しく教育を受ける権利を履行しているのかを問う挑戦的な試論と位置付けられる。障害者スポーツは、とりわけて、リバース・インテグレーションの実践は、障害による不可視な区分を可能な限り可視的に取り払う身体表現をともなう挑戦であり、必要最低限の条件整備となる応戦を超え、多種多様な障害をさらに乗り越える可能性をもつ。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
School-aged children who participated in Para-Sports programs from 2019 to 2021 were engaged in longitudinal surveys. A fixed alternative questionnaire contained of twelve items concerning to their activities of handicapped persons and minority and 12 Para-Sports was conducted to such experienced-children and non- experienced. Inclusive Standard was identified in twelve activities of handicapped persons and minority, such as (1)walking cane or put on a cane, (2)a prosthetic leg or an artificial leg, (3) a prosthetic hand or an artificial hand, (4) walking white cane or put on a white cane,(5) wheelchair users or people in wheelchair, (6) hearing aid user or wear a hearing aid, (7),talk in sign language (8) oxygen inhaler user, (9) pregnancy badge or maternity sign, (10)guide dog user, (11) foreigner, (12) LGBTq.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究では障害者やマイノリティにたいするインクルーシブ・スタンダードに知識・理解、関心・意欲、態度・行動の3指標を設定し、障害者スポーツを体験した児童・生徒の変動を同定した。障害者スポーツの高度化は科学技術の発展とともに進展するが、その成果は特別支援学校での発展にとどまり、通級や一般教室での体育における身体欠損児と担当教員の応答「できることだけやりなさい」は両者の免罪符となり、体育プログラムの体系化は未成熟な現況にある。学校教育におけるリバース・インテグレーションの実践はかかる現状を打破する端緒となり、インクルーシブ・スタンダードによって的確に評価し、インクルーシブ教育の進展を顕在化できる。
