Outline of Research at the Start

新学習指導要領において主体的・対話的で深い学びを実現することを目指し,授業を改善していくことが求められているが,教師が授業改善にどの程度積極的に関与するかは,個々の教員によって大きく異なる.本研究では,ティーチング・エクスペリエンス(TX)の概念を確立し,TXの違いにより,教師の授業改善への取組にどのように影響するかを検討するものである.TXの理論化は,インストラクショナル・デザイン(ID)の分野において,ラーニング・エクスペリエンス(LX)が注目されており,それを参考にする.また,本研究では,特に算数・数学の授業改善を中心に検討を行っていく.

Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, we proposed a concept of “Teaching Experience (TX)” based on the theory of “Learning Experience (LX)”. TX shows status of involvement by teachers in teaching and instruction.
We had four purposes; to establish a method for measuring LX, to examine the relationship between the LX level measured by the LX questionnaire and the actual condition of learners, to develop a questionnaire to measure TX in teaching subjects, and to examine the factors that contribute to the improvement of TX.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

ティーチング・エクスペリエンス(TX)は,近年重要視される「学び続ける教師像」の実現にあたって重要な概念となりうる上,実際の授業における教師のパフォーマンスを説明する重要な変数になる.さらに,TXの段階を明らかにすることで,各都道府県等で開発している「教員育成指標」の今後の改善に大きく寄与するものと考えられる.
さらに,TXを向上させる要因を特定していくことで,学校教育の授業の質が改善されることが期待される.
