Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では,従来品と比べて高い長期耐久性を有するコンポジットレジンを構成するために必要な組成(ナノフィラーの種類,平均粒径,形状,体積含有率,モノマーの種類,シランカップリング剤の種類など)を明らかにする.
そのために,①学習に使用する入出力データの準備,② 学習モデルの生成と検証,③ 学習モデルを用いた理想的な組成の探索を段階的に遂行する.

Outline of Final Research Achievements

The artificial intelligence (AI) models established in this study successfully predicted the flexural strength of CAD/CAM RCBs and identified the effective components that affected flexural strength based on the available dataset.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究では,大臼歯への適用に求められる物理的・化学的特性の要件を満たしたうえで,従来品と比べてさらに高い長期耐久性を達成できるCAD/CAM冠用コンポジットレジンの組成をAIにより構築した学習モデルを用いて明らかにした.本研究によって得られた成果は,既存のCAD/CAM冠の弱点を明確にし,新規材料を開発するための具体的な設計指針となることが期待できる.
