Outline of Research at the Start

都市部において急速に高齢化が進む地域では、健康問題に起因する様々な課題が生じている。このような地域の課題は日常生活の細部にまでわたることから、課題解決には、自然発生的な住民相互の支え合いのみならず、継続して機能する互助の仕組みづくりが求められる。
本研究の目的は、高齢化の進行により健康課題が顕在化し支援の必要な人が増加する都市部の一地域において、住民や関連専門職者らが協働して課題解決を目指すアクションリサーチを通して、平常時・非常時に機能する互助の仕組みを構築することである。また、構築した仕組みが機能することによる地域全体への波及効果についても検証する。

We aimed to promote a mutual aid by community members to solve problems in aging urban housing complexes.
This study suggested that community members' activities may clarify community problems and raise residents' sense of cooperation.
Collaboration between community members and healthcare and welfare professionals may lead to the development of the community's original mutual aid .
