| Outline of Research at the Start |
医療人には生涯学び続ける能力が求められている中，近年，学習を成功させるプロセスとして自己調整学習が注目されている。自己調整学習のスキルをもつ学習者と生涯学習者は表裏一体であり，自己調整学習を授業デザインに統合することによって，生涯学習者を育成できるのではないかと考えた。
そこで本研究では，医療系大学生を自己調整学習者に育成するための初年次教育プログラムを開発し，効果を検証する。主体的・能動的な学びを促進するために反転授業で設計し，学び合い教え合うワークを取り入れる。そして，開発したプログラムによって自己調整学習が修得できたか継続的・横断的に評価を重ね，汎用的かつ効果的なプログラムの構築を図る。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Healthcare professionals are expected to have the ability to continue learning throughout their lives, and in recent years, self-regulated learning has gained attention as a process for successful learning. Self-regulated learners and lifelong learners are inextricably linked, and we hypothesized that incorporating self-regulated learning into the design of classes would help develop lifelong learners. Therefore, in this study, we develop a first-year education program to develop medical undergraduates into self-regulated learners and test its effectiveness.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究では、自己調整学習を授業デザインに統合し、初年次教育プログラムを開発した。プログラムを実践した結果、学生自身が自己調整の意味を理解して、そのスキルを発達させるための講義と演習を取り入れること、授業間、他の授業における経験との架橋、授業と医療職との架橋に関する演習ならびにリフレクションを取り入れることの効果が示され、初年次教育の新たなフレームワークの構築に寄与することができた。
