| Outline of Research at the Start |
プロジェクト実施の際には，遅延の原因となる不確実性を考慮して，スケジュールの立案と進捗管理を理論的に実施する必要がある．しかし，現場でのスケジュールに関する意思決定は経験則に依存しており，研究分野においても計画プロセスの一部を切り取った限定的な内容にとどまっている．本研究の目的は，不確実なプロジェクト環境において，スケジュールの立案と進捗管理を包括的に扱うための手法を確立することである．

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the project execution phase, uncertainties such as worker absenteeism and time estimation errors can cause delays. Differences between the project schedule and its execution result due to delays incur costs related to inventory and late deliveries. Therefore, in project management, schedule planning and progress control should be performed considering uncertainties. This study establishes a comprehensive project planning framework to reduce such differences in an uncertain project environment.

本研究の目的を達成することで，スケジュールの立案から実施までの意思決定を一貫した方針に基づいて支援できる．このことは，効率化や費用削減だけでなくプロジェクト・マネージャーや作業者の負担を軽減するための助けとなる．また，本研究で扱うプロジェクト・スケジューリング問題は，スケジューリング問題において汎用性の高い問題である．そのため，研究成果は生産計画やシフト計画など，不確実性をともなう計画を扱う多くの現場への適用可能性を有する．
