Research Abstract |
Iridium (III) triscyclometalated complexes have attracted much attention as the material for the organic light emitting diode (OLED) because of their high performance of electroluminescence. The complex has a pair of geometrical isomer and optical isomer. To elucidate photochemical geometrical one-way isomerization, experimental and theoretical approaches were applied and successfully we have understood the mechanism.
