Research Abstract |
In order to reveal protein-protein interaction network among Vanabins and metal-related proteins in vanadocytes and blood plasma in a vanadium-rich ascidian Ascidia sydneiensis samea, we performed the screening for proteins that interact with known vanadium-binding proteins, and analyzed protein-protein interaction and metal-binding and -transfer activities.
