Research Abstract |
To explore novel lung cancer related genes, genomic and epigenomic aberrations were detected by DNA microarray in lung cancer cell lines and primary lung tumors from Japanese patients. We detected novel lung cancer related gene in the genomic amplified regions. We also make genetically modified mice of the gene.
