Research Abstract |
To detect specific immune response to flame-shift proteins in MSI positive endometrial cancer patients, we synthesized MSI associated flame-shift peptides, and evaluated antibodies to these peptides in MSI positive patients' sera. But none of MSI positive patients had specific antibodies to MSI associated peptides. We detected MYEOV protein by SEREX method using SCID mouse sera ,these mice was transplantated MSI positive endometrial cancer tissues. MYEOV was associated with invasion and migration in endometrial cancer cells, and was prognostic factor in endometrial cancer.
