Research Abstract |
We detected the expression and function od microRNAs (miRNAs) which might play important roles as a regulator in lens aging and cataract development. miRNA29a and miR29c may regulate the expression of related genes with posterior capsule opacity after cataract surgery and cataract development of rat lens.
