| Research Abstract |
月探査「かぐや」での電波掩蔽による月電離層の観測のために、電波経路上にある地球電離層の影響を補正する方法について研究を進めた。「かぐや」の2機の子衛星を用いて、一方が月で掩蔽されているときにもう一方を地球電離層モニター用として、2機それぞれと地上局との間の電波伝搬によって計測される積分電子密度の差をとって月電離層の寄与を取り出した。また、子衛星のうち1機だけを用いた観測は400回近くもあり、これを統計処理することで地球電離層の影響を打ち消すことも試みた。
