Research Abstract

走査型電気化学顕微鏡(SECM)は、マイクロ電極をプローブとすることで生きている細胞を評価することができる。本研究では、細胞膜の状態を評価するための機能性マイクロ電極および、一細胞を長時間、連続観察可能なSECMシステムの開発を行った。開発したシステムでは、細胞を対象に3分間隔で24時間以上の連続した観察が可能となり、低温下における細胞高さの経時変化を測定できた。
