Research Abstract |
As a fundamental study for the design of bentonite barrier of radioactive waste disposal field, the mechanism of seepage-swelling behavior of bentonite has been studied through visualization by microfocus X-ray CT, and an elasto-viscoplastic model and a numerical simulation method for analyzing seepage-swelling behavior of bentonite has been developed.
