Research Abstract |
The paclitaxel-resistant prostate cancer cell lines were established from hormone-refractory prostate cancer cell line (PC3) to elucidate the mechanism of chemoresistance in prostate cancer. We examined the role of microRNA 34a, SIRT1, HuR, and Bcl-2 in paclitaxel-resistant prostate cancer cell line.
