Research Abstract |
Whether functions of SLP-76 is required for the high affinity IgE receptor- and cytokine receptors-induced activation of basophils in allergy inflammation, we showed that SLP-76 regulates these receptor-mediate downstream signal pathways by distinct mechanism.
