| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は2点である。医療者がどのような場面で道徳的苦悩を感じているかを明らかにし,これを教材化し、道徳的推論の能力を向上させる当事者を中心においた多職種連携の教育プログラムの構築すること,およびこのプログラムを支援するファシリテーターの育成である。現在,倫理的問題を集約した教材はいくつかあるが,多くは,臨床の一場面であり組織的な問題も含む道徳的苦悩に関する教材であり多職種を対象とする教育プログラムは少ない。本教育プログラムは,道徳的苦悩を生じた事例を教材化し用い,多職種の議論の中で,参加者自身の価値の違いを際立たせ,深い洞察力を持って道徳的推論を行うことのできる力を養うことが期待される。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to develop educational programs for interprofessional collaboration centered on the parties involved that will improve the ability of moral reasoning by using the experiences of moral distress faced by medical personnel as educational materials, and to conduct basic research to develop facilitators who will support these programs. Philosophical considerations were made regarding the reality of moral distress, especially with regard to domestic and international research related to Covid-19, public lectures, the community comprehensive care system, social distortions that have arisen in relation to Covid-19, and theories of responsibility. We prepared educational programs based on cases of "ethical dilemmas" and "moral distress" and the above results, and conducted and evaluated education targeting interprofessions at multiple medical institutions using these programs.

本研究は、医療の高度化や人々の価値観の多様化、地域包括ケアが推進によって多様な価値を持つ人々や多職種と連携する際に生じる倫理的・道徳的苦悩を、多職種や市民の経験を踏まえ哲学的な考察をし「医療倫理・臨床倫理」と組織の関係に焦点を当てた教育を実施した点は学術的に意義がある。作成した教材はその職種にとっては日常的だが多職種で議論をすることで参加者自身の価値の違いを際立たせ、深い洞察力をひきだすことにつながり、道徳的推論の力を養う。組織文化は人々が学習し共有された暗黙の仮定であり、その組織の構成員の態度や行動に影響を与える。多職種での教育はこのような暗黙の仮定を一旦、自覚する機会となるからである
