Outline of Research at the Start

Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, we developed a hyperscanning system using fNIRS, a non-invasive brain function imaging device. We proposed a novel method for simultaneous acquisition and data-driven analysis of brain function data from multiple individuals. This method proved to be particularly effective in understanding brain function states during human social behaviors, especially altruistic actions. Furthermore, we demonstrated the importance of constructing sparse matrices for understanding brain function states.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
