| Outline of Research at the Start |
研究期間内に、自己免疫性胃炎（AIG)と診断された患者30例を対象に、血清採取及び、上部内視鏡を施行し、前庭部（非萎縮粘膜）及び、体部（萎縮粘膜）より組織を生検採取行う。AIGの血清、組織に特異的なバイオマーカー的miRNAを2555分子から探索し、AIGの内視鏡診断学の補助診断として利用できるようにする。また、AIGから発癌したと診断された胃癌から生検採取を行い、AIGからのがん発生に関連あるmiRNAの同定を目指す

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In Hp-negative non-atrophic mucosa, P-CAB cases had significantly more white dots than PPI cases.
In addition, in the measurement of gastrin levels, the white spot cases were predominantly those with high gastrin levels.In addition, among patients receiving P-CAB, white spot cases had significantly higher gastrin.
Compared to other antacid-related findings, white spot cases had higher gastrin levels.

非萎縮粘膜に白点がある際は、高ガストリン血症になっており、酸抑制剤の減量が望ましいと考える事ができる可能性がある。
