Research Abstract |
The bacterial cell-wall precursor GlcLev-1-P was not displayed on the mammalian cell surface. To confirm the orthogonal properties, bacteria-specific surface display in a co-culture system of intestinal epithelial cells(Caco-2, HT29, LS180) and bacteria is currently underway.
