Research Abstract |
Teaching materials(e. g. natural radioactive materials and a cloud chamber) for student's experiment in junior high school science have been developed. By using commercial ice gel pack, a cloud chamber which does not need dry ice was realized. The students can observe trucks of alpha ray a few minutes after setting it up, and can keep observation for about 20 minutes. Since the ice gel can be reused by freezing in a commercial refrigerator, the chamber is expected to be useful in school science classes.
