Research Abstract |
Cellulose/TiO_2 hybrid spherical microbeads were made by a phase-separation method using viscose. And the carbon/TiO2 hybrid spherical microbeads prepared by carbonization of the cellulose/TiO_2 composite. Dye-sensitized solar cells were fabricated using ZnO nanoparticles. The conversion efficiency value was virtually constant under 200°C, but decreased significantly over 200℃. A model of column type dye-sensitized solar cell was fabricated using a plastic substrate.
