Research Abstract |
Using 2D-electrophoresis proteomics, 278 proteins in B. japonicum and 359 in Mesorhizobium loti were identified. In Glycine max mitochondria 272 proteins and in Lotus japonicas mitochondria 198 proteins were identified. The database of these protein expressions was constructed concerning to nodule development. The functional analysis of these genes revealed proteins which have key role for maintaining nitrogen fixation.
