Research Abstract |
The pathogenesis of human cholestatic liver diseases remains to be unknown. Recently, the involvement of endogenous retroviral genes is reported in various human autoimmune diseases. In this study, we evaluated these genes in human samples as well as animal model. We detected some retroviral derived genes in female mouse liver. Furthermore, we have done several conditioning experiments using sensitive deep sequencing analyzer.
