Research Abstract |
In this project, technical developments to measure weak anomalous signals in diffraction data for low energy SAD phasing method has been carried out. As results, a helium gas cryo-stream system and a helium gas substitution chamber has been made to decrease X-ray absorption effects around samples. In addition, automated data processing system which rapidly evaluates a level of anomalous signals in diffraction data has been developed.
