Research Abstract

This study treated the phenomenon of offshoring. Specifically, this study analyzed the offhoring strategy of Japanese firms and detected the prototypes of successful and unsuccessful offshoring strategy.
The finding is : successful offshorig strategy is formulated in an effort to undertake not widely-accepted offshoring ideas and is implemented in widely-accepted manner.
