Research Abstract |
This study treated the phenomenon of offshoring. Specifically, this study analyzed the offhoring strategy of Japanese firms and detected the prototypes of successful and unsuccessful offshoring strategy. The finding is : successful offshorig strategy is formulated in an effort to undertake not widely-accepted offshoring ideas and is implemented in widely-accepted manner.
