We confirmed an indocyanine green fluorescent of liver tumor after an indocyanine green injection. The fuorescent medical agent facilitated a performance of near-infrared topography to detect liver congestion area and tumor location. Furthermore, we made a fluorescent mouse model using diethylnitrosamine-induced liver tumor. We found correlation between near-infrared light and a fluorescent liver tumor.
