Research Abstract	Combination treatment with cancer suppressor gene, REIC gene therapy and radiation therapy significantly inhibited the cell growth of prostate cancer cells. These therapeutic responses were consistent with the apoptosis induction. I thus concluded that the combination treatment may be a promising therapeutic intervention for the treatment of prostate cancer.
