Research Abstract |
Combination treatment with cancer suppressor gene, REIC gene therapy and radiation therapy significantly inhibited the cell growth of prostate cancer cells. These therapeutic responses were consistent with the apoptosis induction. I thus concluded that the combination treatment may be a promising therapeutic intervention for the treatment of prostate cancer.
