Outline of Research at the Start |
The current research will elaborate on how the social context and cognitive structures of entrepreneurs in Japan influence the key aspects of entrepreneurial process. The research will also explore the underlying mechanisms involved in the process and boundary conditions influence the process. Ultimately based on the evidence based knowledge the current research will provide insights for the promotion of entrepreneurship in Japan through sociopsychological variables.

Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
During the year, two research papers were published, collaborating with researchers on happenstance theory, entrepreneurship in Japan, and entrepreneurship bricolage.
Two other research papers about mindfulness and entrepreneurship and religiousness and entrepreneurship are completed and will be submitted to the journals soon. One conference paper was presented at an international conference about the cultural influence of women entrepreneurship in Japan.
Additionally, data was collected for two additional projects about Japanese women entrepreneurs and their challenges. Secondly, about the immigrant entrepreneurship challenges within the Japanese culture.

Research was conducted as planned; however, I could not physically go to the conference because of domestic issues.
