Development of innovative technology of condition monitoring maintenance for power plant is required. On the other hand, innovative small X-ray beam source and neutron beam source become available for condition monitoring maintenance. In this study, new neutron detector for residual stress measurement is developed. Also, fundamental experiment of onsite residual stress measurement by X-ray is conducted
