Protective effect of skin soft tissue was validated immediately after external irradiation (10Gy) by continuous administration of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) as acute radiation injury model in the local radiation damage.Autologous adipose-derived stem cell therapy is safe and effective in treatment of chronic radiation injuries.
