Research Abstract |
In this study, we use digital holography for detection of funguses, and examined about amethod to achieve higher signal-to-noise ratio (s/n). It was shown that Gabor type opticalsetup was good for better s/n. Next, investigation of consecutive observation by digitalholography for detecting viable fungus in ager media was done. From the binary images,funguses could be detected within a day of incubation.
