Research Abstract |
To understand the role of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion in cerebral small vessel disease, repeated longitudinal in vivo imaging was performed by using two-photon microscopy. Under chronic hypoperfuion, leukocyte plugging in deep capillary and leukocyte rolling and adhesion in pial vessel were detected.
