Research Abstract |
We fabricated scaffold-free 3-Dimensional cardiac valve structure using spheroid based technology. Proper vascular like tissue spheroids are fabricated with vascular smooth muscle cells, dermal fibroblasts, and vascular endothelial cells. We also fabricated 3-D heart valve structure with sinus of valsalva using robotic procedure. These structure contain rich extracelluar marix similar to native vascular and heart valve.
