Research Abstract |
We investigated the effects of valproic acid (VPA) (a histone deacetylase inhibitor) in combination with hydralazine (Hy) (a DNA methylation inhibitor) to enhance the therapeutic effects of immunotherapy of interleukin-18 in osteosarcomas.
