Research Abstract |
The age-associated decline in female fertility is largely attributableto the decrease in oocyte quality due to ovarian aging. However, the precise mechanism ofoocyte aging due to ovarian aging remains unknown. In the present study, we examined themolecular mechanisms of age-related decline in oocyte quality by metabolomics and analyzing autophagy.
