Research Abstract |
To elucidate the mechanism of cerebellar dependent motor control and motor learning, we have developed an efficient motor task apparatus for mice to perform licking and mechanical lever-pushing under head-fixed configuration. Furthermore, we have shown that synchrony of climbing fiber responses in Purkinje cells correlate with the longitudinal stripes of cerebellar cortex at single cell level.
