Research Abstract |
Novel chromatin regulating factors through insulator are identified by Drosophila genetic approach. One novel factor regulates a phosphorylation state of RNAPII which connects to chromatin boundary regulations. Other two factors seem to bind to insulator DNA sequences directly by considering their domain structures.
