Research Abstract |
Inhibition of RAS signaling pathway induced the fascin down-regulation in the pancreatic cancer cell-lines which normally showed fascin-overexpression. The similar results were revealed in promoter activity assay. These results indicate that fascin-overexpression in the pancreatic cancer is caused by an activated RAS signaling pathway.
