Research Abstract

In this study, I examined the effects of a high-fat diet or a high-sucrose diet on ultraviolet(UV) B irradiation-induced carcinogenesis and tumor growth in melanin-possessing hairless mice. UVB irradiation-induced carcinogenesis and tumor growth in high-fat diet-fed mice were accelerated compared to those in control dietor high-sucrose diet-fed mice.
