Research Abstract |
To analyze the molecular biological changes in the follicle, we establish a single follicle culture system and analyzed the effect of androgen per single follicle. As a result, the decrease in survival follicle by the addition of androgen and morphological abnormalities of the oocyte was confirmed. Chromosomes in oocytes does not converge on the equator, spindle fibers could not be confirmed. Therefore, it was found that the androgen excess causes abnormalities in spindle formation.
