Research Abstract |
We established a novel time-lapse imaging for retinal angiogenesis in retinal explants. The quantification elucidated both dynamic and static phases in angiogenic sprouting. Further, we demonstrated a novel finding that SDF-1 and GSK-3βregulate the motility of vascular endothelial cells in retinal angiogenesis.
