Research Abstract |
PRIP(a novel transport regulation factor) was knocked down by siRNA in MIN6 cells(murineβcell line). We found that the down-regulation of PRIP induces a reduction of insulin secretion, the process of which is modulated by GABARAP, a PRIP binding protein.
