Research Abstract |
Zirconia ceramics have been widely used for all-ceramic restorationsbecause of their good biocompatibility, chemical stability, estheticappearance, and high mechanical properties. Since zirconia ceramics areextremely hard to cut, it is very difficult to remove zirconia all-ceramicrestorations in clinic. The objective of this study was to investigate thecutting efficiency of rotary instruments with diamond burs on zirconiaceramics.
