Research Abstract |
I acquired microscopic images of GFP-labeled Arabidopsis guard cells, and performed automatic image analysis concerning statistical intracellular localization. I found that actin microfilaments and endosomes increased at connection region during stomatal opening, and endoplasmic reticulum decrease at the connection region.
