| Outline of Research at the Start |
糖尿病足潰瘍は、患者のQOL低下や生命予後不良に繋がることから予防が重要である。
本研究は、胼胝を有する糖尿病患者において、足潰瘍予防のために胼胝部の炎症判断を行う事の効果を明らかにし、新たな胼胝ケアの開発に繋げることを目的とした。糖尿病患者が増加の一途を辿る中、胼胝部の状態に着目し足潰瘍ハイリスク患者を判定することにより、日々の診療の限られた時間内でも優先的にケアを行う事が可能になり、糖尿病足潰瘍予防に貢献することが期待される。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
研究協力部署との打ち合わせを行った後、山梨大学医学部倫理委員会への申請を行い、研究協力部署の外来において研究対象者のリクルート、調査を行うための環境・物品を整えていく。糖尿病看護認定看護師の協力を得て、胼胝を保有する糖尿病患者においてデータ収集を進めていく予定である。
