Research Abstract |
To successfully combine shortening of the waiting time with providing good medical service, we developed WICSS(Walk-in Clinic Support System). This system can collect patient's clinical information efficiently and comprehensively. It is provided in tablet computers. Patients or medical staff are asked to input the clinical information following instructions, which automatically fluctuates due to patient's history. We also developed a history taking training program for nurses and pharmacists who use WICSS.
