Research Abstract |
In order to develop a novel therapeutic model by a novel tumor-specific drug delivery system (DDS), we tried a novel DDS by span80 nano-vesicles containing anti-tumor agent in vitro and in vivo with osteosarcoma bearing mouse model. As a result, we established a novel therapeutic model using caffeine and ifosfamide containing Span80 vesicles which manifested prominent efficiency and almost no adverse effect.
