Research Abstract |
Stimuli-responsive nanocarriers offer favorable properties for target-specific delivery of drugs. The carriers keep the toxic drugs encapsulated in their hydrophobic core, while the drugs can be readily released and exhibit their original toxicity once appropriate stimuli are applied. Here, we prepared novel drug carriers consisted of DNA oligomer and radiation-activated carriers.
